On 25th August, 2016, we started a large rear extension project in Earlsfield. We are knocking down some outbuildings and making the kitchen into an open area for living and adding a bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor. By the end of this week we will be ready to fill the foundation trenches and we will start erecting the steel work and building up the walls. We are also removing the entire chimney breast including the chimney stack on the roof.
This is the first phase of the works. In a couple of years, our client plans to have the loft converted.
