Loft conversion – Battersea
Work Done:
A full loft conversion was built on top of this maisonette flat in Battersea near Clapham Common. A well proportioned terrace was built on the back with a galvanized staircase leading to it outside. The old kitchen was removed and then completely reconfigured to create a larger living / dining area. The boiler system was re-built to cope with the new bathrooms plus the new utility / downstairs loo area. The entire flat was painted, re-wired and re-plumbed. The result is extremely impressive as the old flat was turned into a modern and comfortable home.
Project Description
Final photos of this finished project have at last been taken. The client gave a lot of input and was on site a lot which made it all the more interesting for us. The works were extensive and today, the flat is almost unrecognisable from what it used to be.

Everyone told me that doing major building work would be one of the most stressful things I ever did.
